So when I got the truck, at higher speeds with a slight turn to the left with the wheel, I had a vibration. I got the leveling kit installed and nothing changed, still had about the same amount of vibe. Seems to be getting a little worse as time goes on, and sometimes, it doesnt happen at all. Will I be looking into ball joints or maybe tie rod ends sometime soon?

I would first rotate the tires to see if that has any effect.

The slight turn of the wheel part , bothers me. I would inspect and get an alignment. The tech will then give you the good/bad news.....

Just had an alignment with the leveling kit...was told everything looked good...Just rotated the tires tonight and it seemed to drive much smoother...I'll get to check it tomorrow better

Have you noticed the speed at which this started vibrating?/ Anything near 55-65 mph. and it's a balancing issue. Don't ask me how or why, but thats the magic speed at which this happens. You could of thrown a wheel weight. It does happen occasionally.
