What's everyone running for a Highway tread all season tire?

My 2500 came with 275/70R18.
These are 285/75-R18.
10mm wider and slightly taller (34.8").
FYI: This causes my speedo to read 3 mph too low at highway speeds.
I like that they are still somewhat suited for off road and still a good deal quieter than the M/T tires I've run for the last 30 yrs.
They are an E rated tire. Check the specs on them for the exact numbers but they are each rated for 4,079 lbs..a8ce38ca7cc2244c1f0c42478f44dccf.jpg164288390bc3d5f353fdf23ea7c0a468.jpg

OP, is your truck a 1500, 2500, or ?

On my 2500, I really like the Michelin LTX M/S (E rated). Great traction and awesome life out of them. Stock size for me also.

Another vote for Michelin LTX Defenders. You pay more up front but they last longer than most too so cost per mile is not any worse and may even be better than most. They are quiet, ride well, and do quite well in the winter.

My truck is a 2500.

How Noisy are the Michelin LTX Defenders? My truck will probably never go off the highway.

They are not noisy at all. Very quiet tires. I have and/or had them on several vehicles over the years. Always very pleased with them.

LTX are great, never had them on a truck but have on a SUV. Silent and last forever. No product is perfect but I bet no tire gets recommended more than those Michelins.

Are you running stock suspension/wheels? If so, do you have any tire rub or scrub at full lock??

Michelin are nice tires and what I'd be running if going all-season. I'm onto 4-season tires that come with a traction device rating which is great since I don't need to swap out in the winter or worry if/when I need to run over the mountain pass. I honestly don't notice them to be any better traction-wise but like to conform to the rules from a liability standpoint. My oldest recently moved to central Oregon from the Willamette Valley and I drive over a couple times a winter to see him.

I'm on my 2nd set and get 50-60K which I'm happy with. They've both been from Les Schwab but I'm going to shop around. Schwab seems to be getting a bit pricey and the same tires are becoming available other places (Schwab was the only place I could find them for a while).
