After putting on my lift and new tires, my zero offset wheel is too close to the knuckles. Can only get your fingertip in there, and I want them out a little. Will the 1.5 bora spacers give me what I'm wanting or just get negative offset wheels?

Yep the 1.5" Boras will deffinitly give you what you need! They allow me to run my 13" wide duratracs on stock 20's. I believe 1.5" is the thinnest adaptor you can get without having to cut the factory studs.

BORA are rated for 30,000 lbs so towing with them is not an issue.

Just remember to torque them to the truck at 120 ft. Lbs of torque, but torque the wheels to the adaptors at 80-100 ft.lbs. I believe mine are at 95 lbs.

Lenny at Motosport Tech is fantastic to deal with. I've been an advocate for you get what you pay for, and thats truly the case with BORA.

It could be because of my fender flares making them looker more tucked. They do stick out about an inch past the flares

They stick out pretty good for being positive offset wheels.

You torque the spacers onto the truck with the same ft. Lbs that you normally would your wheels.

I don't remember why you're not supposed to torque the wheels to the adaptors over 100 ft. Lbs. That's just what Lenny told me, it's also in their instructions. He did say that 80-100 ft. Lbs is plenty though. Mine have been on for 15,000 kms trouble free! When I rotated the tires both the wheels and adaptors were nice and tight!

Good deal ! I've ran 1.5" and 2" spacers on multiple vehicle's one was for 60,000 miles on a 97 dodge 4x4 and I've never had issues either , however I've always torqued the spacers to Max rated tq to the lug nuts and the wheels to max rated tq as well . (100 ft lbs should be enogh I agree ) but I'm a max tq. type .
For what it's worth 2014 wheel tq is 120'lbs - 140' lbs , I would think the 2012 would be the same , not sure .

I've always taken my wheels off @ aprox 300 miles and tq checked my spacers nuts @ max tq. , I've always had some movement , I continue doing tq checks until the tq. has stabilized on all and sometimes it takes 3+ times , it's a pain to do but it makes me feel better LOL and it gives me a reason to have a cold beer and **** with my truck !
gasser , if your new to spacers I'd definitely go with both hub and wheel centric spacers and BORA is a top notch product !
xrsman , did you have to trim your studs with the 1.5" spacers ? I had to cut off about 2 1/2 threads with my 1.5" spacers ...

If you put the 1.5" spacers on with the setup you have now " zero offset " then you would have 1.5" +a fingertip of clearance with the knuckles. ..

Guess I'll have to look and figure it out. They already stick out a bit being 13.50s.

Hey buddy , I've got 3 El-cheepo 1.5" spacers I'd send you for cost of shipping only , if you wanted to temporarily install them just to see if you like the look ...
I personally wouldn't run them (at least not in the front ) for any length of time because they are not hub & wheel centric . If you like the stance then you could getcha some quality double centric spacers .
Up to you , if your interested PM me your shipping address and your email that's attached to your PayPal acct. and I'll bill you the shipping cost once I ship them
