Wheel..problems?

I'm not sure if any of you have seen the RedLine edition Challengers but my dad brought one home from work and it inspired me to make a Redline Ram. I cant figure out how to do the wheels. The challenger had red wheels with Black chrome looking spoke cover things and i really liked the look. I want something like that for my truck preferably in a 22. I want the spokes chrome or black chrome and then i want the outer ring and the back side of the wheels red. Im not sure how to get this kind of effect anyone got any good ideas?

Your not going to find any rims for our trucks unless there from forged wheel company with a custom paint.

I would find the rims you want and take them to a powdercoater to have them done.

Sweet thanks for the info i had no idea they could do it. that makes my problem alot less of a problem
