Afternoon All,

I just purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram Express which came with 20" wheels that currently has Chrome Wheel Skins / Covers. One of them isn't in great condition and I was looking to replace either that one or all 4 (would prefer to find 4 in gloss black). That said, I have been unable to turn these wheels / wheel skins up anywhere over the past few days. Any help is appreciated.

Thank You in Advance

Yeah you’re SOL. You gotta buy the whole rim. Can’t just buy the insert

There are black wheel skins for RAM 1500 on ebay, but Im not sure if they match your exact wheel. Your spokes are flat/straight, most of the skins I see are more rounded spokes, like on my '17.

Yeah those aren't meant to be removed and replaced.... but I have seen some people remove them and then have the rims powder coated.

I could swear someone on this forum changed theirs to black.

Unless they started with a regular alloy wheel, not sure.

Yeah, if they have the plain aluminum wheels then you can get the "wheelskin" covers to make them chrome or black. They don't have ones for the chrome ones, like in the picture or the sport wheels.

Gotcha.

I have a love/hate relationship with the clad wheels. I like that they are chrome and not really chrome so MUCH easier to take care of. On the flipside I feel dirty because they arent really chrome (or polished/machined/clearcoated aluminum).

Thank you! I can just clean up, prep and paint or powder coat the aluminum wheels NP. Any idea where I could obtain center caps for the aluminum wheels without covers? They all seem to be intended for use with the covers.

OR - does anyone know if any of the covers intended for the plain wheels happens to fit and snap into place snugly over these? That would be convenient (i know, very unlikely they'd let this happen - it would make too much sense).

thanks again :)
