My lift is being installed Tuesday and I have 1.5" bora wheel spacers ready to go with it on the stock 20s will I need them or more importantly will the spacers cause issues? On a 2012 Ram 1500 4in zone lift going on it.

I didn't need any spacers when I first lifted my truck. I had my stock wheels on 35's.

If you do decide to run spacers, you already have probably the best recommended ready to go.

Lots on here run them with no issues.

And if you don't run them, I'd buy them from you. I wanna get a little more stance on my truck.

One of the mechanics at the shop said I would have premature ball joint wear which is not too sure of they've been replaced ever but to that effect would they make a big difference or should I just go ahead and tell them to put them on?

Spacers don't cause any more premature ball joint wear than wider wheels with a negative offset. I wouldn't worry about it. With stock wheels 1.5" spacers is not really that much and you shouldn't have any issues.
