Shoulda taken a picture..but on the drivers side wheel-well of the 2018 there’s this plastic cover with a plastic trim fastener plug that can easily be popped out.

I’m curious if anyone knows if there’s a replacement plastic cover of any type or if it’s fully attached to the inside fender wheel-well as one solid plastic piece.

Never seen it before and curious if there’s replacement cover of some sort I got some ideas I might wanna try with this.

Not even sure why this cover is there hah

Pretty sure there is one on both sides ... It’s the access door to remove the headlight assembly

Oh you have no idea ... You have to pull the whole front grill to change headlight bulbs ... Then you’re gonna stick your arm thru that hole and search for a tab that releases the headlight .... First time is a pain in the ass of monumental proportion

Great website thanks!!!

Only thing I can think of is “fender liner” but doesn’t seem to have that opening so not sure...

Doesn’t look like you can buy the little door separately ... Whole liner is about $50

Dont let people scare you away from doing anything. Is it a pain yes but that being said I can have both headlights out in 5 minutes or so not rushing. My entire hid install took maybe 30 to 40 min taking my time. Pop the clips on the plastic that run from the radiator to the piece behind the grill. Remove the few bolts holding the grill across the top. Pull on the grill popping the remainder of the clips that hold it on. 2 bolts holding the headlights in and pull the tab on the back of the headlight reaching through the hole in the wheel liner and pull out the headlights with a little tug. Boom they are out. I think it took longer to type then to actually do.
