Is there a way to find the wheel width with the tire on?

Look at the door jamb sticker. If not there it's also on your build sheet. If you go to the Dodge web site there is a link to enter your VIN and it will have wheel size among tons of other helpful info on your custom build sheet. I don't have the exact link at the moment.

If it is a stock wheel the size is stamped on the inside of the wheel.

You can always use a tape measure and measure the width but stock 20’s are around 11

Im sure a lot of people wish they were 11" wide! Factory 20" wheels are either 8" or 9" wide.
