Which Cam and Lifters Did You put in Your 5.7?

I need to do a top-end rebuild soon and I would like to get your feedback on what cam/lifters you chose to rebuild the top-end of your 5.7L?

Please list;

1. What you used? (i.e. Comp Cam *** with OEM Delphi lifters)
2. Did you keep MDS? why or why not?
3. Where you bought it?
4. Why you chose it?

Are 2020 lifters any better than the ones in my 2011?

Are Hell Cat lifters good for the life of the engine?

I have money set aside, and I'm ok with haveing to fix the cam/lifter once (good excuse to put a little more aggressive cam in). But, I don't want to ever have to re-do mine twice.

What he said, a good tuner will be your best route and what they recommend, they build their tunes specific to the cam. I've had a fantastic experience with Jay Greene, although I've heard he's trying to have a better work-life balance so may not be available.
