white marks in door jams

I just bought a new Ram 1500 two months/1900 miles ago. Just noticed these white grease pencil marks in the rear door jams, seem random but intentional. Are these factory, or aftermarket repair marks?

They are verification marks that parts have been installed .If you check under the hood you will probably find more.

mine are blue not white. apparently they color code them by the quality of the workmanship. Blue is top like a blue ribbon and unfortunately white is kind of the everybody gets a ribbon grade.....just kidding.

My marks are really noticeable around the Class 4 Hitch Receiver
