I consider when a truck makes the owner money, that is using a truck as a truck

I get anywhere from $1.50 - $1.80 a mile just driving & talking on a CB radio

This boat was going from San Diego to Florida



This tower for a Wind Generator was going from San Diego to a Wind farm in Mojave, CA



This dump bed for a mining truck, was going to a Gold Mine near the Glamis Sand Dunes

I just picked this up on 5/3/2021. It is a 32.5’ travel trailer. It only weighs about 6400lbs dry, with a tongue weight of 680lbs.

When trailering home, I caught a pretty good side gust of wind while going about 65mph. The tail did a little wagging of the dog. I think I need a load distribution hitch to take care of that.

Truck only squats about 2” when hooked up. Mileage on flat ground is about 9-10mpg at 55mph, and 7-8mpg if I go any faster. I have 3.73 gears though.

I sold the topper and picked up a hardshell tonneau. The topper was not allowing me to use the truck like I wanted.View media item 31030

2018 Ranger 570 in the bed pulling my Sandstorm T220 Toyhauler with a 2017 rzr XP1000 4 seater. Fuel and fresh water tanks were full on the way up the hill. 7.5 MPG average round trip.

I was putting my Power Wagon's payload to the test hauling cat food today. Probably should think about another truck.

We just completed a 1200 mile trip to Whiteface Mountain area. It did double duty as the 5er hauler there and back and a people mover to the sites during the week.

Definitely not my daily driver but we use it as a fire suppression truck on the ranch, she just keeps going without any issues.. Honda gas powered pump also mounted in the bed...
