it fits our ECU with modification.. just pops on and off so no bolts necessary and i was hoping one of the people that have done the mod
would chime in and show exactly what they had to cut..... since no response in nearly 24 hours i will figure it out on my own..

Interesting. Thanks for the update. I'm looking forward to seeing your results. (Post pics!)

Just a thought that occurred to me... Since the ECUs in our trucks were not designed with these covers in mind, will there be any issues with blocking airflow to the cooling fins?

nah those fins are for passive dispersion of heat...they dont really need like a breeze to work. That being said the connectors are dust/waterproof so not sure what good the cover really does other than cosmetic??? shrug.

I have the cover, but unfortunately I'm away for work so can't take any pics. It's been a while so I don't remember exactly, but I think it just required a little trimming on the bottom and double sided tape. Not a perfect fit I don't think, but has been fine.

I kinda had the same thought. Remembering this thread when I checked the oil yesterday afternoon. Lol. The stuff our minds do when we love our trucks.

well guys, i dont know how people have supposedly made this item fit.. it is not wide enough to go over the top of the ECU
as it is too narrow by about 1.5"
