Looks like they might be fuel krank like you suggested, but im still not sure. In the pic i posted it looked like those wheels have a more recessed rim look.

I suppose it would all depend on the back set on the wheel.

The symbol is not real clear, but looks like that is the Fuel symbol on the cap.
