A coworker recently bought a 2014 Mustang v6 and I of course gave him **** for it. I was wondering who you think would win?

His is all stock 2014 automatic v6.

No tuning on your truck? What size tires?

Most importantly... Is the V-6 a ecoboost? If so, you're toast. Period.

Put stock tires on, and maybe.

I own a few Dodge Trucks, and I bought my wife a Mustang back in 2014. Also a V6, she just likes the looks of the Ruststang...

Considering its a V6, it is "fast" depending on your point of view. If I recall, that V6 makes more power then the V8 of earlier years.

Oddly, we have never raced the mustang against any of my other fleet cars / trucks.

He will for sure beat you with 35"s though. Maybe close if you put stock tires or smaller.

Even the basic V6 Mustangs are decently fast. You may have him off the line with stock tires, but he's probably got you passed not much longer after that.

I hate to say it but I'd bet on the mustang, it may be a V6 but it weighs a lot less too. Either way you guys should race and record it!:roflsquared:

V6 Mustang is a high 13 second car in the quarter, he'll get you, by quite a bit.

The race would most likely be just to the speed limit, maybe a little past it, so 55-65 mph.

I know i won't have any chance in a 1/4 mile.

I have raced a v6 charger and beat him but the v6 charger and v6 mustang are probably very different.
