What size tires are on there now?
I'd look at other RAM tru is with 18s and see what they are running. Maybe one size up to be safe. That's what I did on my 2013 Ram 2500.
I have no intent on larger tires on my 2020 RAM 3500 Tradesman dually with 17s. But I'm concerned about towing current and future 5th wheel trailers. Plus I move trailer for others so I need to be average.
Do you want a wider or taller tire? Maybe both? What do the stock 275/65/R18’s preclude you from doing? What is your intended use of the truck and the new tires?
I have a 2021 1500 with the same tires and am looking at replacing the stock Goodyear Wranglers with the LT version of the same size. My dilemma is the LT tires will have a stiffer side wall which will result in a harsher ride. I’d be open to a 6 or 8 ply tire as well.
I would think you should be able to fit the Rebel size, 275/70/18 which are equivalent to 33's.
275/65/18 are 32's.
You could also try 285/70/18 which should be 34's
Go to your local tire shop and ask them to test fit couple of sizes.
