Will the 6.4 cam work in a 2012 5.7

I know this has kinda be talked about a lot on all the forums but I was told by a local shop that the 6.4 cam wouldn’t work in my hemi and it only works in 2015 and newer models but I think he’s wrong and I haven’t found anything online on the subject though

It does but not worth it. Just get an aftermarket cam.

It works and it does add noticeable power, especially with a bit of valve work.
I have a 2012 2500 and I did it. You will need the mopar performance springs for the extra lift.
You will also need it tuned. It will run on the stock tune but not that great. Get it tuned by Hemifever and it will run fine.

Does anyone no the specs on the 6.4l Truck cam? Does it work on the 5.7?
