Window problem.

I broke my driver side interior door handle. Brought it into a shop to be fixed. They had to replace the entire window carrier. They then proceeded to call and ask me why the window will roll completely up and then roll halfway back down it's own. I told them I have no idea.lol Does anyone why it would do this since they dont?lol

Auto up on our truck windows will do that if they hit something on the way up. Mine did it after installing in- channel window visors and had to reposition them a bit to work correctly
