Windshield wash fluid hose missing/gone?

Got my engine replaced about a month ago and when I got it back I noticed I had a "Low Wash" light on my dash. Added some more to it and the next time I started up the truck the light was back on. Looked under and noticed the hose was unplugged and nowhere to be found... I don't know if they removed the hose completely or if it's just hanging loose somewhere I don't know.. If I'm correct the hose runs from the bottom of the wash reservoir to the bottom of the plastic piece that holds the wipers correct? Anyone know what size hose this is supposed to be?

It'll run from the reservoir to under the plastic cowl piece that sits just below the windshield. Mine is on the passenger side but idk if that varies by model. It's a generic piece of hose but idk the size. Pretty small for sure
