Wiper speed dial on multifunction switch stuck

Hi there,

The wiper speed knob in my 2000 Van is stuck in the incorrect position. Fortunately, this position results in the wipers being off. Additionally, I can only click it one position from here to turn the wipers on, and I don’t have access to the full range of speeds.

Is this something I can pop off, reseat, and pop back on? Would rather not buy an entirely new multifunction switch, but I know that the plastic on these guys can wear out…
