Wix cut open

Just wanted it posted since it seems cheap compared to the RP I started using on caddy. I ordered RP 10-48 since I now know the 20-500 is too long.And I finally got around to cleaning and sanding the steel Dee Zee running boards.Its the only metal primer and of course it wasn’t black.

Did you find some issue with the WIX? Generally they're well regarded. Maybe not the most heavy duty compared to some, but known for good consistent quality.

I seem to recall, that BOB the OIL Guy, or someone on that site,
cut up about a dozen Unused oil filters.

The reason for that was that he mainly wanted to find just what
the MEDIA density & how well it was fastened to the end caps.
Also he tested for when the BYPASS Opened

I remember that the FRAM Economy Motor Oil Filter was a complete FAILURE

it was even worse than the old cheap, loosely wrapped, Toilet Paper oil filters
