So I have a 2001 1500 5.2 318 I blew up the motor so I bought another truck a 1999 ram 1500 with the 318 rebuilt it and I’ve left the original trans of the old motor in the truck including the tcase the trans is bolted up and so is the tcase to the motor I also bought and installed a new starter just to make sure it wasn’t it. I go to start it and all I hear is the starter spin but not engage in anything so I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. The trans and motor mounts are in place too. Anything to do or try I’ll do!!!
