WTF FOB not found?

Tried to start. Alarms sounded. Belatedly I noticed the FOB not found notice on the panel. Remote start, lock, unlock, tail gate functions on the FOB all worked. Tried again and it started. ******** that I am I stopped for a coffee and turned the truck off! Fortunately, it, once again, performed flawlessly. I thinking that I'll take the 2nd FOB, wrap it in tinfoil, and wait for it to happen again. Anyone have the same thoughts or experience? bTW it's a 2022 Ram Limited

Could be a weak battery in the fob. Buy a faraday pouch and put fob in that.

If you have not changed the battery in the fob, it is time. And make sure it is snapped in place completely. I just made that error last month lol.

I had that happen and I was far from home. What I ended up doing was disconnecting my battery for twenty or so minutes, reconnected and she started right up and never had an issue since (going on two years now). I'm guessing it was just some kind of hic-up. Good luck.
