Yellow halo lights?

Was wondering if anyone has or has a picture of the yellow halo lights im about to buy some from JJ and was wondering what exactly they look like haha

I did a quick check on the AAC site, yellow is only available in CCFL. UGH........

let me contact them monday and see if that has changed.

Does that mean theres a lot more work involved? Cuz if its too hard I could go with another color or something

for the price, I hate doing CCFLs that large. CCFLs are fragile, no "bend" to them.........I'd hate to break one! I normally do their LEDs, which are a LOT brighter - but I don't think they have them in yellow for the 02-05s. I'll find out tomorrow.

Alright man, just post back in here. But will the LEDs go right through the darkest headlight you make?

jk, but LED's are ridiculously bright.

but what he does it he paints the lights then put the halos on.

but you could smoke them or something and they would still shine though.

Alright thanks guy, yea I want them to appear black in the daytime and the yellow or red circles at night

check your local laws too.........red is illegal, yellow might be.

Darkest, well, we don't tint the outside of the lens. just the inside bezels.

Alright, actually lets make it easy because I don't want to start getting tickets with red lights haha. Can we do the halo with HIDs instead?

halo <> HIDs. halos are the rings, HIDs are the bulbs that go in the headlight or projectors.

I have red halos. And they only ever come on when parked in a parking lot or am showing off. Lol. I believe yellow may be illegal also, but amber is not.

And JJ. It's halos != HIDs. Haha. .

Ohh haha I gotcha. Yea I will probably do Halos with HIDs and darkest bezels or whatever you gotta do pretty soon lol. So if you can get me a price for those I would appreciate it tomorrow.

But for now as in tomorrow hopefully since I returned crappy smoked tailights from carid I will buy those and the third brake light from you if I am credited and all goes well.


Also is there anyway for me to pay full price for new lights and have them modded then send you back my stock ones for a little but money back or no?

on the 02-05s I don't do a core swap. WAY too many out there that are tore up, and the lights are relatively cheap. Sell your stockers on craigslist, or keep for trade in time.

Blue halos are illegal.

I think yellow would be okay because cops use white, red, and blue.

But caution vehicles also use yellow on top and in front of their vehicles while parked. So that may be off limits also.
