What's the beam pattern look like on these ? Do the cross hairs reduce luminosity ?
Hopefully get some pictures tonight. Shouldn't effect the light output at all. It's etched in the back of the lense

So it was either stupid mistake or a simple fix. Either way I'm very happy with the end results. fee41d6726619490e735a751f8d81ef3.jpg06121de81112b09e24898a3ec835a5cb.jpg

Once again I am going to have to pull the headlights open. The switchback halo ring on the driver side stop working. Ordered a set of regular halo rings to replace. I could always just disconnect the other halo ring and call it a day but really like the effect it has with the Apollo shroud.62ea3d28fef11400da9c80506ee02c6e.jpg

Damn man, you got more time opening those headlights than you have using them.

It's definitely frustrating when everything works then you seal them up, A day later something stops working. That's why I put them on my truck for a couple of weeks before I sell them.

Good on you for making sure everything is spot on with them. I'm still making sure I don't have clearance issues within the headlight incase I have to use the vertical adjustment.

I think I have enough clearance all the way around so far.

I have an update on my build thread in a few.

Benched tested and it worked but isn't as bright. Going to pull them apart tomorrow hopefully and put in the new halos

Finished putting in the new halo. Not a switchback but still happy I replaced it. Probably try to test them again tomorrow on the truck before I seal them back up again.f34346582448c6cd787dd64178bbacd2.jpg

Sealed them up and tested all the lights. So far so good. I'll try to get some output pictures tommorow.5e5cb4602a64d3fb3efc7dae45be5461.jpg282c4f5f75d1f228ffd28cbce50d4f2a.jpge237595a3c9f7f58f142b22e2a269cbb.jpg

Had them on my truck for over a week and no problems. There is a couple of blemishes on the driver side headlight lens near the blinker. You can't see them unless you get real close. Was going to put them up for sale for $800 shipped with lights and ballast but will probably ask $750 do to the blimeshes. The little smear marks under blinker. Any thought on wether that's a reasonable deduction for that?8dd3f1c5a382ed677887ec5d2e9fed8b.jpg

So sold these headlights after working with seller on some ideas. This is the final product we came up with.fc69f0d0f6f9475c9d049c99d6f330e7.jpg5560d93785be4dad1ff3b6f8b12f5c26.jpg42bbbf39240506d31189ed18a3a4fd92.jpg

That looks sweet!! Does that work with the factory projector headlight harness? I can’t seem to find a headlight design that works with trucks that come from the factory with projector headlights and mine are all scratched up.

They were set up for non projector but probably just have to change the wiring harness on the lights
