Zeigler for extended warranty

I'm ready to pull the trigger on an extended warr.. any idea who has the best deals today? Factory not 3rd party...thanks much!

Earlier this year I got 6 quotes, here are the top four in order of pricing.
1 - Tom Winkels, Hayes Jeep, 269-385-1116,
2 - Victor Riedman, Mopar MaxCare, 765-222-1356,
3 - Joe Topor, Chrysler Warrantys, 888-918-9840,
4 - Jason Edmundson, Chrysler Warranty Direct, 517-662-0400
Ziegler came in 5th
Granger will not sell if over 36,000 miles

I personally went with Ziegler, simple form online and everything was emailed and then officially sent from them in the US mail as if done in person, $1700 for a 8 year 100,000 mile warranty I couldn’t complain at all vs what my dealer tried to sell.

I ended up with Zeigler as well, as of today. I hummed and hawed and didn't get this done before I passed the 3 year mark so my truck is now considered used, by 4 months... I hadn't planned to get an extended warranty but I'm starting to see some gremlins pop up over the past month. Seat controls getting finicky. 12" screen doesn't always register a touch. Things like that. Spooked me into biting the (expensive) bullet and getting a warranty (late). George @ Zeigler gave me 5yr/75K Max Care w/ $200 deductible for $3500 with military discount and Costco membership discount. This is 5yr/75K from TODAY, so it's like having a 8yr/110k based on my current truck age/mileage of 40 months and 36,000 miles.

Should have done this from new, but hey... it is what it is. Hindsight is 20/15 right!?

Did you have a promotion code? this same coverage today on my 2024 ram 1500 is $2800 w/ $100 ded

I got warranty thru CarShield right after I left the dealer (Dave Smith Motors in Idaho) and this was back in early 2021. They quoted me over 4k I do believe. My CarShield warranty is for 4 year/75K miles bumper to bumper coverage with $100 deductible, cost me $2,200. I did ended up using it for a tow to a dealer when my transmission went out and then it ended up needing to be replaced all together, only had to pay the $100 deductible for it. Also includes roadside assistance.

Car Shield, from my experience counts the aggregate amount spent on a particular vehicle, then denies EVERYTHING else going forward, even though the problem is supposedly covered. So, bully that you got a transmission. Good luck in the future if you need much more.

For those interested in the Zeigler maxcare warranty or from anywhere else for that matter, the prices vary depending on the year and mileage of the vehicle. The longer you wait and the more mules it has the price will be more expensive. Also I'm sure inflation has a good deal to do with the variation in prices. I bought mine from Zeigler last month for my 21 ram with 17k miles on it and I paid $2300 for the 8yr 100k with 200 deductible. I paid it in full so there was a little discount added.
