ZF talk about filter/fluid change

I know this has been talked about ad nauseam, and if this video was already shared, apologies. If you HAVEN'T seen it and you're on the fence to change your filter/fluid or not, give it a watch. You'll probably decide to do it now.

Note: ZF says to change them at 100,000 km (which is 62,000 miles!)

Probably some good info in there but the guy is a showman. His over the top hand gestures, mansplaing, and even bread throwing made it difficult to watch.
