Hi,

What is the main difference between bds and zone 6 inch lift? Besides $750..

Mainly the material used and how some components are made.
From what BDS/Zone told us,
The drop brackets are tube weld (Zone) vs Laser Cut (BDS)
Shocks are different as well

But geometry and engineering of the 2 are identical

We have had a customer recently go with the 6" ZONE kit and grab the Fox coil over (front and 2.0 Fox rear) from the BDS kit. To go with something on par, but obviously at a lesser cost.

I have bilsteins front @2.1 and back..

I was thinking to go with 5" Rear Spring Upgrade w/Nitro Shocks (D2N) and keep bilsteins @ front?

Would the FoX 2.0 for the rear be a upgrade over the nitro shocks?

You can certainly run that set up too. Fox will surely be an upgrade over the nitro shocks.
They are cheaper when purchased with the lift compared to after the fact.
