Accessory lug on PDC?

Does anyone know if this lug is ACC switched? If not does anyone know if there is a good place to tap ACC power under the hood?

Are you talking about the bolt/nut style connection on the rear left hand side (assuming you are standing in front of the truck looking under the hood, see picture)? If so, that is the connection from the battery to the PDC, it's a direct connection from the battery. It's not an accessory connection.
