I have a 24 1500 with hemi, .321, and just 1200 miles. Using 10% ethanol, getting exactly 22mpg highway at 63mph.
Your 392 should not cost you more than 2mpg tops. If you have non factory tires, that could explain it.
Unless you are running over 65mph, something is wrong and you should have the dealer check it.
