Bubbling Dash and Discolored Steering Wheel

My 2019 Ram Limited dash is falling apart and steering wheel is discolored. Seems there is little the dealer or a local shop to fix. Is there anything Ram Care can do?

This sounds almost like what can happen if left in the sun. Do you park your truck so that the sun is baking on the dash and steering wheel a lot?

Also, and this is an oddity due to the building design (2o Fenchurch St., London, England https://www.visitlondon.com/things-to-do/place/47145141-20-fenchurch-street-the-walkie-talkie-london) that reflects the sunlight in such a way, or used to, to basically fry anything (vehicles, building interiors nearby, etc.) in specific spots in relation to the building itself. Make sure you don't have anything like that near your truck either, although it is highly unlikely to be as bad as that building was.
