Wheel spacer sizes

I'm searching for wheel spacers for my 21 BTS. I'm using the stock 20" wheels and tires but I want to bring them outward a tiny bit so they are flush with the fender and factory flares. In my search I'm only coming up with 1.5 and 2 inch spacers with a couple even bigger but I don't want to go out that much. Does anyone know if there are any 1 inch spacers available?

Can’t help you with the brand name, but I have 1” hub-centric spacers on my truck because of a rub on uca’s. I had originally wanted Bora don’t remember if they were out of stock or didn’t make a 1” spacer. I want to say they were 100$-125$, not much help for you I know, except that someone does make them. They have to cut the bolts a little for the 1” spacer to sit flush, so no going back, I believe you have use 2” to not have to cut them. Looking at my picture the spacer isn’t on there, I was at Quick-Shifter’s shop getting brakes & rear suspension so they were taken off. To do it over again I would get wheels with more offset, as most people recommend, but I check the torque on spacers & wheels when I rotate tires. You want to keep the stock wheels, a setup thats looks great IMO, I think you have to with spacers.

I may have been Ok with the stock studs but I was nervous that they weren't quite long enough, so I got longer ones.

do you by chance have a before and after picture of the truck? What wheels are you using

There was no "before" because the tires would have rubbed the UCA without the spacers.

stock studs are 1 5/8 inch long. You can get away with a 1.5 inch spacer if you are using stock wheels, as they have a small hollow between bolt holes.

The common rule is that your lug needs to have 7 full turns on the studs. With stock wheels, there is exactly 7 full turns. Any slip on spacer will require longer studs ( thickness of spacer + 1.625 ) so a 1 inch slip on spacer would require studs 2.625 in length. If doing this, make sure the spacer is hub centric, as you wouldn't want that much weight and stress on nothing but the long studs
