NEW 2022 3500 diesel dually 12" - U-Connect black screen, USB unstable connection and Cruise control malfunction!
UPDATE Chrysler of Culpeper, VA, apparently fixed my cruise control (tested several times today) and said they got the OK from FCA to order and replace the unit and the USB hub. Let's see how long it takes.- eladiogomes

I am glad this worked for you. But, how do you do the factory reset? Can I do or it needs to be at the dealer? I bought the truck for work, it's also my first truck, I actually liked having after I started driving it so much, but these are a very big disappointment, especially after the big $$...- eladiogomes

2020 Ram 1500 Laramie with crap 12” U-connect
One more, different truck, 3500 diesel dually, 12" screen. Black screen every once in a while. Virginia, bought in Jan 11 and now has about 11k miles. I don't know about the lemon law! Anyone cares to explain?- eladiogomes

Thanks a lot for the suggestions, I'll try in the morning and report. I don't have any of our phones connecting wireless, and that's how I found out the USB is also not working well...- eladiogomes

I am glad you are not having issues, I have had since the second week after buying out truck, it is frustrating and a fact, if you turn it off, get out, lock, go somewhere, for a few minutes and come back it will most likely work fine. In my opinion this is ridiculous for a company like Dodge to...- eladiogomes

I bought a tradesman dually in January and the purpose was hauling, at first we thought on freight and cargo, but turns out we would prefer to haul vehicles instead, We found out the there are better trailers with low profile that would not fit without removing the bed and it uses the 5ft wheel...- eladiogomes
