    Thanks all. I do not have the tools to test the system and if I have to take the evap out then its a trip back to dealer to look at. Maybe it is the thermo again and will be under warranty if not then cross my fingers that it is not a big project.

    Well, thanks. I got it fixed. SUPER technical fix......................... put the little metal piece that fell on the floor that makes contact inside the fob with the battery back into the fob after replacing the battery. Works perfect now!!! HaHa.
