Does anyone know of a trick to get a new alternator belt installed without having to first remove the other two sets of belts between the alternator and the fan?

I've got a 1989 Dodge Ram W150 with the 5.9 liter V8. The alternator takes two belts.

From the looks of it, I have to disassemble everything just to get a new belt on. Please tell me that can't be right.

Yea thats right with 2 belts on it and yes you have to remove the other belts to change them, see if you can get a matched set for the Alt belt that are from the same lot for stretching seeing they drive the Alt.
