Remote start problems

17 ram w the fob adapter
When I first had my truck, the phone app remote function was perfect.
Since we went to the fob in the obd port, u have a high failure rate.

I called uconnect they want to blame my phone service .

Anyone else having this issue?

Do you have over 1/4 tank of gas ? If not, remote start doesn’t work.

haha i know that one well
no lights on the panel or dash- i know the remote start will work, cause my key fob will start it - its just when i use the phone app
