*thread is a work in progress*

I have a 2020 Bighorn - just heated mirrors

I want to swap to (hopefully white) tow mirrors, anybody has any helpful advice?

This started when I got the Instagram ad for MW Customs but their paint matched mirrors are $1000 and take 8-11 weeks to arrive… so looking for budget options

So far, to fit my 2020 I have only found black and chrome mirrors
However I found exactly what I want, but for the 2009-2018 body style (pic below)
Will the 4th gen mirrors work on my 5th gen?

And if they won’t work, can I make them work with some adjustments/modifications?
Or anyone have a lead on some super cheap white mirrors??

I can tell you the '09--12's won't work unless they have moved the ambient temp sensors to the mirrors. Or are the 2020's no longer in the mirror?
2012 and older had the ambient temp sensor in the grill but when they introduced the active grill shutters they moved the temp sensor to the mirror. Without that sensor your truck will run in limp mode I believe. Either way they won't work.

I bought mine from 1A Auto. They are a sponsor here. I think I paid $400 for the set and they look just like the factory ones. Had them for about 5 years now.

I have no idea!
How do I know?
This is part of the reason I am here, still learning.

I think I’m dead stuck on white mirrors, I just really don’t want to have to get them painted on my own

Look at the bottom front edge of the drivers mirror. Should see a little 'hole' there. Others should be chiming in soon with more knowledge then me on the 2020 trucks but I do know the 2012 and older won't work on 2013 to at least 2018.
Dunno if theses have all the options you need but these are the brand I got for mine. Trail Ridge are high quality.
