Nissan Titan Lost

So I am driving from Minot, ND home to Fargo, ND and this mineral gray Titan with cut off exhaust and Tennessee plates flies by me. Speed limit is 75 and I am cruising about 80 with the boat behind me. I go about 10 miles and look who is on the side of the road Titan boy being greeted by North Dakota State Trooper. As I drove by and saw the punk trying to talk his way out of a ticket I just grinned and it made my day. Even the troopers here are Dodge guys or maybe he was just speeding. Haha

Titans are for wimps anyway.

Off to the lake suck it Nissan.

I was driving down to mississippi in my little v6 charger. Titan drives by and i catch him and then he couldnt catch up after 90. never did see him again. I always thought the. Charger was slow.

I have my friend selling his lifted Titan to get a new Ram. He was unsure so I let him drive my truck today and now he is sold.

This Titan was traded in on a Hemi Ram at the dealership where I work.

I traded my Titan for the new RAM. both nice trucks. The Titan was noticably quicker (even with 9" lift on 37's....i could smoke the tires. When i put an intake, exhaust and tuner it was a striaght up beast.) I lost interest in the Titan when Nissan as a company did. They have done little to nothing to improve it since it came out in 2004. I would consider getting one in the future but the new Ram sold me on the body styling and how nice and comfortable the ride and interior is. crew cab is the $hit.

An unmodded Titan will smoke a Hemi all day, i have done it several times. Not hating on either side, both great trucks, just addin an unbiased opinion since i have owned (and loved) each truck.

*below is the bitter sweet trade in. probably going to drop w/ 26's or just level w/ all terrains this time around.

My friends 03 hemi which is fairly stock beat a modded titan but the titans are pretty quick just ugly I wouldn't want one

I agree the Titan is ugly and I really don't care about racing. I tow al the time and truck does it with ease. I don't race as people rarely are even a challenge with 4.56's. Nissan should go back to the drawing board if they want to compete.

I had been eyeballing the Titan's since they came out. The truck is just ugly to me, and no matter what the power was like, I couldn't get past the exterior styling. For me it came down between Ford and Ram, and obviously the Ram won!!

Also dodge has way more tricks up its sleeve in general. Sure a titan could beat a hemi in a truck, but there are plenty more platforms with hemis. Also if were talking racing trucks the logical comparison should be to SRT10. Aside from the titans engine, most other nissans are 4 or 6 cylinders. Although I will admit, the nissan has the edge in reliability.

Erm I'm with ya on that!!! My dad has a Titan. It's a nice truck and he enjoys it but his Titan couldn't beat my stock '07 and it doesn't come close to the stock '11.
