Yeah, they said its my fault...since the other car had the right of way, it doesn't matter if weather was a factor. Just sucks bad, the thing only has 4000 miles on it. Anyone know if INS. compensates you for loss of value if it is your fault?so are they saying it's your fault? I would doubt total unless the frame is bent. have fun dealing with the insurance co. i'm dealing with the second wreck in 6 months
If your frame is bent yes but from the pics I couldn't tell ya. Sorry to see your truck like that. You ok?? How did it happen?
From just the pics I would say no. It looks like $10k-15k in damage. Certainly not enough to total a 2011. Now if it has frame damage like Scott said then its a different story. I worked at a Lexus body shop as an estimator and I got a 2010 Ram t boned in almost the exact place as yours. Parts are cheap for Dodges and it ended up being a little more than $10k in damage. Now if that would have been a Lexus it would have been over $20k in damage. Just shows how much cheaper american car parts are.
I happened to have "accident forgiveness" that I paid $3.00 a month for- so I think that saves me from my rates going upman the really sucks. Really sucks that its written as your fault. Your insurance it bound to go up now

being totalled I think has to be like 60% of the vehilces total KBB value.
Dude that sucks so bad. Where at in AK are you? I'm here in Anchorage.
Doubt it's totaled unless there's frame damage. Glad you didn't get hit in the doors
