From just the pics I would say no. It looks like $10k-15k in damage. Certainly not enough to total a 2011. Now if it has frame damage like Scott said then its a different story. I worked at a Lexus body shop as an estimator and I got a 2010 Ram t boned in almost the exact place as yours. Parts are cheap for Dodges and it ended up being a little more than $10k in damage. Now if that would have been a Lexus it would have been over $20k in damage. Just shows how much cheaper american car parts are.

I had just stopped at a 2-way stop sign, creeped through the traffic to the next lane and as I started to go through the second lane my tires slipped and i stalled in the lane- AUTO 4wd was on so not sure why i slipped ...but the car was coming fast so all i could do was brace for it. I was basically a sitting duck across the lane- I ended up with a "failure to yield at a stop sign" ticket on top of it. Not a good day.

Yeah, they said its my fault...since the other car had the right of way, it doesn't matter if weather was a factor. Just sucks bad, the thing only has 4000 miles on it. Anyone know if INS. compensates you for loss of value if it is your fault?

Man sorry to hear about that on your new 2011. Glad you're ok. Damn I would be sick after just getting a truck and having that happen. Good luck handling the situation, I hope it all works out.

If your frame is bent yes but from the pics I couldn't tell ya. Sorry to see your truck like that. You ok?? How did it happen?

^^^this. Depends mostly on the integrity of the frame.

I happened to have "accident forgiveness" that I paid $3.00 a month for- so I think that saves me from my rates going up

Sad too see and not surprising with stock tires those ****** things are meant for Florida. I tried to make it to a month or so with them and throw the white flag and bought mine. I had just over 27k on my truck and the tires were wore to almost the wear bars. I say fix that beauty up and trade those tires in for some good ones before Wranglers have no value and while you are still alive.

Doubt it's totaled unless there's frame damage. Glad you didn't get hit in the doors
