Superchips 3715

I got a very good deal on a 3715 microtuner. Basically I need to change the tire size. However, When I plug it in and try to change something, it says No VIN or wrong application. Everything i have found online syas that it will work on my truck, except the programmer. Anyone have any suggestions?

The mechanic I bought it from said he returned the other back to stock before removing.

old enough that I can't. Seems that I got what I paid for, plastic and thats it.
