Hi RamForum,

I'm John with Total Load Control.com.

We are pleased to introduce our patented new air suspension systems for your RAM 1500, 2500 and 3500 trucks.

Total Load Control™ is not just an another air suspension. TLC™ is a revolutionary suspension that finally delivers on the promise of air suspension - delivering all the lifting and leveling power you need without interfering with the factory suspension.

Total Load Control is the first product ever endorsed by the racing legend and World Champion driver Bob Bondurant. He tested TLC and was sold on the first drive.

One thing we have heard from our customers is: You have not experienced the full power of air springs until you try Total Load Control.

Total Load Control solves the only real problem the 2009-12 RAM 1500 - the coil springs simply aren't strong enough to handle heavy loads. TLC's DCS-1500 makes the RAM 1500 the best 1/2-ton pickup by combining the great RAM everyday smooth ride with TLC's enormous lifting and leveling power to handle any load or tow and always be level (of course, never exceed the manufacturer's GVWR or GCWR). DCS-1500 works with leveled trucks and we offer a custom production model for lifted 4th Gen RAM 1500.

TLC’s newest unit, the DGHD-2535, fits all 2002-2012 RAM 2500 and 3500 and is super tough with 1/4" steel plate all around.

TLC has two unique features.

1. TLC uses 9" dual-convolute Goodyear® SuperCushion® air springs - the largest air springs on any full-size truck.

When it comes to air springs, bigger is definitely better and TLC adds over 2 tons of lift and leveling power.

2. TLC's air springs are anchored at one end only.

This patented design allows the air springs to operate independent of the factory suspension - the air springs inflate and deflate on demand and level the load without interfering with the factory suspension (works easiest with air compressor, optional from TLC, or manually with included Shrader valve).

In all, Total Load Control not only levels every load - but improves steering, handling and most importantly, safety, with or without a load.

The air bags work at low air pressures - 20-30 psi can level most loads so the air springs remain flexible. Also TLC systems don't require an air tank and don't overwork the air compressor which is why TLC extends the warranty on the air compressor to 2 years instead of the factory 90 days.

TLC installs in about an hour. It's a true bolt-on suspension; no drilling required. TLC guarantees its metal parts for 7 years and extends Goodyear's 1 year warranty to 7 years as well.

The MSRP on the DCS-1500 is $799. Right now we are running a Memorial Day Sale price of $499 which includes a Viair 100C compressor and Gauge/Switch panel. For those who already have a compressor, you can order without the air compressor at the Sale Price of $429. Includes Free Shipping in the U.S via USPS Priority Mail.

The MSRP on the DGHD-2535 is $999 with the compressor and gauge/switch; $929 without. We are offering an Introductory Special of $749 that includes the Viair 100C air compressor, TLC gauge/switch panel, all the mounting hardware, wiring and tubing; $679 without the compressor and gauge/switch panel. Free Shipping in US included via USPS Priority Mail.

We look forward to working with the members of RamForum.com

I agree. I figure add the one of the many digital controllers on the market, and go from there. I found one the other day that supposed to be fully automatic and digital. I think it was from Air Ride Technologies, but now I can't find it.

It's the Air Lift 25415 smart controller. Found it on Amazon for about $330

AirLift WirelessOne. 25870

For wireless option, we are currently recommending AirLift WirelessOne #25870.

This is not auto leveling but allows control adding or removing air in 1 pound increments.
