So are these the bolt on one in the dash or can you just plug it into your port and tune it that way?

Both ways. You can use the mount or just plug it up when you want to use it and unplug when done.

Got the 2011 tune about where I want it from the log point of view. Gonna get it on the dyno soon. On an RT with headers and CAI my tune revision did 60 mph to 100 mph .6 quicker than the can tune. Back to back runs on the same road. That's in a log, not sure what it would equate to on the track :)

I ran baseline runs with the diablo canned 93 tune vs his baseline custom 93 tune last night and I must say if you thought on settling for diablos tunes I would suggest going with Hemifever and get one custom.

Here's his feedback on the the two separate logs canned vs custom....

Being that you did this on two separate days, the numbers will be skew'd a little. But with the can tune it took 7.3 seconds to do 35 to 75 mph and 12 seconds flat to do 35 mph to 90 mph. With my tune, it took 5.9 seconds from 35 to 75 mph and 9.5 seconds from 35 mph to 90 mph.

A HUGE difference but there were different factors. On the RT that I did last night the runs were the same road and back to back. My tune was .6 quicker in 60 to 100 mph

Looking at the two logs though, you should feel a big difference in power and driveability

Last night the log I ended up sending him was on a bumpy uneven road (cops out like crazy last night on my normal run routes) and with my truck running over 45mins looking for spots to run at around in my area not ideal to get a baseline on his custom tune but still showed some good results.

He made some changes to my tune and resent one this morning so I'm sure when I make a couple of runs to day it will even better than the last. Hemifever works quick as long as you get your logs into him (I've working all week during the day and sending him logs at 9-10pm at night) I'm sure he can evaluate it and resend a new tune or two in a day. He also does tuning to the transmission which is a night and day difference compared to stock and even better than diablo's tunes. The up shifting and down shifting is no longer lazy as stock was....it just grabs the gears and goes.

I will update as I get more logs and retunes in but If I had a tuner 09-11 rams I would suggest getting in contact with Hemifever because his custom tunes are tailored made for you vehicle vs one size fits all like the canned diablo tuned offers.

Update....
I just cut a 0-60 in 5.7 secs with his revised tuned he just sent me with 22's....pretty impressive for a CrewCab. Today I'm gonna be swapping out my mopar cai with a vararam intake and swapping my fastman tb (84mm) with ones of Matts (moe's performance) 87mm throttle body.....will report back the results.

Here are some screen shots from my datalogging.....I started at 25.459 secs and ended at 31.16 secs= 0-60mph in 5.701 secs, Sean from Hemifever is getting this thing moving. Just FYI diablo's baseline ran 6.2 secs and Hemifever's first baseline tune ran a 6.0 flat....now 5.7secs on his first revised tuned, he know's what he's doing for sure.

Update once again...
These are my best times yet, I couldn't do a 0-95mph pull for yall truck was moving like a freight train and had to slow down so I wouldn't hit the car in front of me LOL.

Here are the results...
Best Pull with Mopar CAI and 84mm Fastman TB
Tune revision from HemiFever (1/4 tank and 86 degrees)
0-60mph in 5.579 secs
35-75mph in 5.448 secs
35-90mph in 9.027 secs
0-90mph in 11.695 secs

Pull with Vararam intake and Moe's Performance 87mm TB
Tune revision from HemiFever with Vararam/87mm (full tank and 74 degrees)
0-60mph in 5.573 secs
35-75mph in 5.445 secs
35-90mph in 8.751 secs
0-90mph in 11.138 secs

I know the Vararam and 87mm TB pull was at 74 degrees but I also had a Full tank of gas vs 1/4 I had it earlier today.....All I can say is wow the Vararam and 87mm TB start to pull away after 75mph!!

TheBlackHemi, those are some great results ur getting so far. Sounds like ur having fun lol don't get a ticket.

BigDaddy, I'll have to let TheBlackHemi answer that question on what tunes are avail on the initial release. For the Challenger, mine only had a 91 and 93 octane tune avail

It has everything the 2009-2010s have....

93 Octane Performance Tune
This tune is designed for use with premium fuel. The Performance Tune (or ?Diablo Tune? as it?s called in some vehicles) will unleash the maximum available Horsepower, Torque and Economy out of your stock vehicle with no other mods necessary! Vehicles will see a power across the entire RPM range with the greatest gains down low. Vehicle will also see improvements in drivability, throttle response, and economy. 30HP 35TQ

91 Octane Performance Tune
This tune is very similar to the Performance tune for 93 Octane but optimized for 91 Octane Premium Fuel. Vehicles will see a power across the entire RPM range with the greatest gains down low. Vehicle will also see improvements in drivability, throttle response, and economy. 28HP 33TQ

87 Octane Performance Tune
This tune is designed for use with 87 octane gasoline. It will increase HP, TQ and Fuel Economy without the need to run premium fuel in the vehicle. While HP Gains are not as great as in the 93 octane Diablotune, this tune wakes up your vehicle?s throttle response, power, and improves overall driveability. 18HP 20TQ

Mileage Booster
The Mileage Booster tune optimizes efficiency for daily use. Horsepower gains will be minimal, but mileage will improve by up to 3 MPG in some applications! Compatible with fuel that is 87 octane or greater.

Modified Stock
This tune is designed to work with a stock vehicle and keep the stock HP and TQ ratings. Use this tune to have factory drivability but modify the parameters of your vehicle's calibration such as speed limiters, rev limiters, tire size and more.

This is HemiFever's pricing FYI if you guys didn't know (direct quote)...

My can tune enhancement is $125. I'll get it right for what they have and it'll work through pretty much any bolt on. If they need "custom" tuning or want unlimited tuning for naturally aspirated engine configs it's $250. But the $125 option is already built into the price if they purchase my $599 trinity

Any idea when this will be available for us 2012 guys with the 6-speed auto? I want to get the diablosport inTune with the Hemifever enhanced tunes, but obviously not until it will do my trans any good.
