Keep in mind a stall isn't meant for the street and is a PITA to drive on the street. If this is a DD I'd go with more like a 2800. Just getting a better TQ Conv. will be huge, but driving constantly with a 3200+ stall will get old IMO. Not to mention the heat you're building with it. If you do go with it, make sure a trans cooler is part of the equation.

yea i know it affects the drivability on the street ive driven a lot of different trucks with converters including a couple of friends chevy's with 3600 up to 4400 converters but i think at the track this converter will help me out alot...ive also heard that the trans cooler on these 4th gens are alot better then previous ones but ill look into it more when i get to install the converter.

I actually need to try and find someone's dyno chart to really see what torque converter would be best for my build

Not the best picture but put in my triple gauge pod with the trinity mounted to see how it looked. Now just need two more gauges to fill in the empty spaces but it's getting there

the wheels are pro comp wheels dont remember the exact number of them but easy to find on their website and the tires are just street tires that a friend of mine gave me to use since i couldnt swing the money for drag radials at the moment. But if i had to chose for my truck with the 4.10 gears i would be running some 28" m&h drag radials
