put new fuel pump on still does it

I put a new fuel pump on and blew air back through the line and still no change. anybody got any ideas.

Does it start right away or do you have to pump it a lot? I would check the filter again and the one in the carb.

If your truck is carbed it could be the accelerator pump inside the carb.
