Chuck's Big Horn build

Alright guys I figured it was about time to start my build thread. Thanks to everyone on here who has given me advice on mods and everything else.

Tomorrow I'm getting the 2.5" Rough Country leveling kit put on. I'll be doing just the front and not adding the 1.75" to the rear that the kit offers since my truck has a lot of rake to it.

Here's a picture of it stock and I'll put up pics of the after level stance either tomorrow or Tuesday.

Next mod after that is a 18" magnaflow going on this Thursday and a spray in bedliner coming this weekend or early next week!

Alright guys its done! Got the 2.5" Rough Country leveling kit installed. Only lifted the front and left the rear of my truck stock to try to get it more level. The first pic is before and second two pics are after install.

I'm a little disappointed it doesn't look better. But I could tell that I'm sitting up higher when I was trying to get a look at an extremely attractive female sitting in a sports car next to me at a light and I couldn't even see below her damn roof!

Finally got the 18" magnaflow muffler installed!! Here are some pics, sorry they're pretty bad. It was hard to get the camera far enough away to get a good shot while laying under the truck.

R.I.P. stock muffler. One last ride home:

Overall I couldn't be happier! I was sitting in the shop waiting for it to be done when I heard the guy turn it on in the garage. It sounded like thunder compared to my stock muffler. Way more awesome than I was expecting the 18" to be. I was expecting the 14" to sound like this.

I'll try to get a video up at some point but I would absolutely recommend this mod for anyone else. The drone inside the cab isn't bad at all but it sounds deep, loud and throaty from the outside.

Hey man. Mine came stock with my truck, it's a really cool ad-on. It can be used as a bed organizer or a bed extender with the tailgate down. I would assume that you can just go to any dodge dealership (maybe even any mopar dealer) and they probably have them available for sale or at the least can order you one.

If you use the bed a lot I'd recommend it. When you aren't using it, it locks into place like I have it in my photo. You lock it using your truck key so jackasses can't steal it out of your bed while your truck is parked.

I'd say go to a dealer, mopar dealer, or look online (ebay/amazon).

Once you get tires and/or wheels it will greatly change the look. Primarily the tires.

Lifts really don't change the look of a truck. It is all the tires that bring a good look to the truck.
