Rear reverse leds pod and light bar are going in friday pending the snow storm we are suppose to be getting on Long Island

I ordered my kit from led concepts I'll link it. It's a great kit $60 I think pretty much plug and play once you tap power. My only 2 gripes where the adhesive had trouble sticking to the plastic , I think maybe cause it's to cold and I bought the extended kit for back seat which leads you to believe that there will be no problems. Well the rear passenger side light didn't have enough wire to make it where the control units is under my dash so it's cutting up my floor under the Matt near my right foot. I plan on emailing them to ask if they could send me a extended cable or if they even make one. All I need is an extra couple of feet

I might eBay some strips so it's cheaper that looks awesome though. I'm going for all white lights anyways. No need for the rgb strips

The whit deff looks a lot better than the other colors. Easy install just pop off you dome light and match wire colors

If you search ebay or amazon for "9006 pigtails" you can find 9006 plugs with the wires coming out the other end. You would then splice those wires right into the led pods power and ground. Then just plug the 9006 plug right into your trucks oem plug and your done.

The plugs run about $5 or $6 on ebay for 2 of them. Sometimes you can find an auction with 4 of them for under $10.

Also found these on amazon. I'll be having these delivered next week some time. It took me crawling under the truck to physically see what I was working with then it all clicked. Not hard at all. Just hope I don't a light out message

Decided today will be the day I install my rear led pods and led bar behind the grill do to the snow storm coming. I Figuerido it's a prime opportunity to test out the new lights once it starts snowing

So while installing the led bar behind the grill my buddy and I came across something interesting. Behind the grill was a motorized grate of some sort in front of the radiator. Not sure what it's for but the light bar will be going in the lower park of the bumper. Pics to follow

2 switches one on each side of the steering wheel red one is for reverse pods that also come on while in reverse and the black switch is for the front light bar

Got some more done today , as some of you know I was having a grounding issue with my new projector lights. I got that squared away when tragedy struck ...... I dropped the right right headlight housing and it broke ! The glass projector broker as well as the actual housing. I was so mad at myself[emoji35]. So I had to put on my quad headlights until I can get a replacement from rock auto.

Also done today was my gator sr1 roll up bed cover , some rear window decals......

Now I also did a mod in the cab of the truck with my air vents. It dosnt serve for anything other than looks but it was an idea I came up with because I feel the whole dash area is so dark [emoji12][emoji41]

What I did was I put leds drilled into the air vents on a dimmer. It looked sick during the day and I will deff post some pics tonight when it gets dark.

Remaining is the headlights with retro shops hid kit once I can get another right headlight housing and adapter which I believe jermey said there on back order to mid march[emoji45] so headlights probably won't be done for a while. And the last thing will be lift, rims, and tires but that's after the wedding
