So I picked up my new '17 sport crew 2wd about a month ago. Figured I'd give the run down of what I've done to it so far and throw a picture of her up here.

Mods -
5% window tint all the way around.
Maxtrax 2.5" front level coils.
OEM black side steps.
Swapped grille inserts for the black honeycomb.
Debadged doors and swapped front and rear ram head out for OEM black ones.
Removed the black vinyl on the B posts between doors.
Added LED light strip under the doors as extra courtesy lighting.
HIDs in the low beams, LEDs in the fogs.
Aftermarket HEMI badge on the front fender.
Spray painted OEM antenna.
New LED 3rd brake light.
LED pods installed in the rear tied in with reverse as extra reverse lighting.
Swapped sport mirrors for tow mirrors.
plastidipped chrome exhaust tips.

I think that's it for now lol. Here's a pic of how she sits today.

Yep! The color and the wheels were one of the selling points for me. The color is just beautiful and I mean that in the most manly way possible. It glitters in the sun and the wheels are the 22" wheels. I'm contemplating MAYBE plastidipping them or getting the black version. What do yall think?

I do too about the wheels. Gloss black would just shine better.

The plastidip tips hold up just fine. The plastidip is rated for 200 degrees. The exhaust tips don't get that hot. I've had them dipped for a week or two now and there is no peeling or chipping of any kind.

I may. I want to eventually add the sport hood decal. So I'm thinking if I keep the wheels chrome it'll help with breaking up all the black and red..but then again black wheels would just flow with it.

I am back and forth about the sport hood decal on mine. I think black wheels would tie in better if you get the black hood decal, but so does RAM since they do that on the trucks that come with the hood decal.

true. I wish I had the money to just get the black wheels and keep these chrome ones so on days I wanted chrome, I could just swap them out real quick lol.

Here is what the black sport wheels look like. I powder coated my tips, i wouldnt think the plasti-dip would hold up to the heat. I could of saved $50.

I added black chrome on my wheels. Gives you the blacked out look, but still enough bling.
