FYI, I added the door molding. This picture really makes it stand out but in reality, it is not that noticable. I just couldn't bare getting a door ding on my new truck. Yes, it looks better without it but it wasn't going to leave the garage without it.

Ohhh, ok. Gotcha. I just started taking door moldings off since every door ding I've ever gotten was 6 or 8 inches above the molding. Just my luck.

It's still a damn good looking truck either way.

It is my first RAM ever and first Mopar vehicle. I have had Chevy's for 30 years.
My daughter needed a vehicle and I gave here my 2009 Silverado. I went down to the Chevy dealer to get a new one but they had to order it since they couldn't find a regular cab short bed pickup in stock. I even get the GM employee discount. I told them to tell me how much and they never even called me back. I couldn't believe it. Drove by the Dodge dealer and said, "What the heck, let's see how these truck drive." I test drove the pickup and couldn't believe how well the pickup drove. The Hemi was great and beat the pants of the Chevy 5.3. The price we way better than a Chevy as they really gave me a great deal plus this truck had so many bells and whistles I liked. I am guessing no one wants regular cab short bed pickups any more? The only down side was the console. I can only get 2 folks in the cab instead of 3 but my kids are grown so I really don't have that anymore. All in all, this truck exceeded by expectations. I still am having an identity crisis with this RAM setting in my garage with 3 other Chevys.

Edit: I'm a die hard GM guy, but damn that Dodge just looks sooo much better than either of those Chevy's.
