Ok a quick vent, Ill elaborate more later. Got my first free oil change today at Sport Durst Automotive, Durham NC. They cant do s*** right! Waited 2 hours and now I have a dent in my rear bumper. Wasnt there this morning before drop off and when I got home and got out I saw it. Im so pissed I can bairly type! So now they have to review the cameras, speak with the f******* that drove it and find out what happened! Best believe Im getting some free s*** and a rental truck while they fix their f*** up. Ill keep you guys posted. But I CANT win for losing!!!!!!!!!!!!! :flipthebird:

Im seriously going to punch someone in the throat!!!!!! Damn im soooo pissed! Thank god for cameras as long as they check them like they said they would!

Shoulda asked to review it with them. Or if they say there wasnt anything on the camera, ask to see the video yourself. Sorry that happened though. Hopfully they will take care of ya.

And this is why I only get oil changes, the guys don't try to push anything on me not to other customers. Only thing they'll do at this location is add "injector cleaner" to the bad tank.... They don't offer any "flushes"

Well its hard to pass up a free oil change! Or I would have changed it myself! Spoke to the shop foreman and they are going to fix it. They checked the cameras and said the truck came close to hitting anither vehicle but couldnt say for sure. But to make it right and keep a customer they are going to cover it! Thank god! One good piece of news!

Yup! So they are supposed to call me Monday to schedule a time when I can drop it off. So Ill be getting a lender car from them, what should I get? A challanger? Just kidding but they are taking care of me so I cant be to mad!
