Just installed rear Bilstein 4600's. They ride great, but now my '15 Ram 1500 is throwing p1457 - an EVAP code.

Double-ewe-tee-eff?

Any ideas?

Completely unrelated issue, unless you knocked or broke a vent hose while installing the kit which I seriously doubt.

Took the truck into the dealer this morning - I'll update when I hear some news as to what the hell happened.

Just got a call - I unplugged something on the fuel tank top while I was wiggling my fat hands over those wires on the driver's side shock.

Oh well - lesson learned.

Just had the same thing to me!! I don't remember touching anything near the gas tank. It was getting dark so I'll check in the morning. I used the Intune to clear the code but nada. So yeah... Little pissed lol

Just an update. Got it fixed. Pretty easy, it was the connection right behind the rear driver side shock. Must of bumped it pretty good to knock it loose. Plugged in and ran my Diablo tuner through the codes check. Cleared it and then she was good to go! Too easy!
